Since being established in 2012, our apiary has expanded to six hives and continues to furnish the farm store with the finest local honey and bee-related products.
A program is in place to plant 50 new blueberry bushes every year, with fruit harvesting expected to begin in the Summer of 2013.
The number of apple trees on farm property has been growing by about 100 per year. A small harvest is expected in the Summer of 2014.
Nearly four acres of the highest-grade Christmas trees are being carefully managed at the farm. As with everything farming there is a steep learning curve and we have experienced some delay with our trees. As the trees near maturity we will keep everyone updated.
