Household Canning

I have made an effort this year to improve my canning skills for two reasons.  First, having fresh produce throughout the winter , organically  grown here on the farm, even if is is canned, is still better for you that the produce bought in the grocery store in January.  I know where it came from and what was added to the soil to produce this beautiful crop.  Second, I have been reading alot about making your small farm successful and one of the suggestions is value added products such as canned goods.  I would need a commercial kitchen or access to a commercial kitchen to offer my canned goods for sale in the farm store but you have to start soemwhere and I am starting by expanding my recipes and trying different products.
