Garlic

We harvested our garlic this past weekend.  We had planted I believe eight different varieties of garlic with varying success.  We plan to save the largest of the heads to replant this Fall and to keep the rest for our personal use.  Next year we plan to have garlic available around this time of year for sale to the public.  This like so many other things around East Durham Farms is a building process that will take time to produce.
