High tunnel raised bed

The high tunnel has been a very great investment.  I experimented this year with growing the same tomatoes and cucumbers outside that I did in the high tunnel and I can say the high tunnel produced at least 60%, if not more, of those same varieties of tomatoes and cucumber.  Here we are working on extending the raised beds for winter spinach and carrots.  We are a bit past the planting date for winter spinach and carrots but I am going to try anyways and have some head lettuces started in trays I will plant as well. In order for the winter produce to work it will need to be covered by an extra later of protection so I will bend 3/4 emt and then place remay fabric over them once it gets cold enough.  Right now we are enjoying unseasonable high temperatures and have not really had much frost.  I still have one side of the high tunnel open.
